What we do with what you send us.

What we collect, and only when you send it

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, which service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing on this site collects any of that unless you type it in and press send.

We ask for a phone number because a survey is arranged by talking to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing texts.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange a survey and give you a quote. That is the whole purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch, and, once you accept a quote, performing the contract.

We do not sell it, we do not share it with other installers or lead-generation companies, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

This website runs on Vercel, who host it and process requests on our behalf. Their servers handle the page you are reading and anything you submit through it.

When you send the enquiry form, it is delivered by email through Resend, and it reaches us via FlowNexus AI, who built and look after this website. They handle enquiries on our behalf and pass them straight to us. Both act only on our instructions and neither uses your details for anything else.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It does not set a cookie, does not follow you to other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It is the reason this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you to consent to.

The fonts on this site are served from our own domain rather than from Google, so loading a page sends nothing to them.

Cookies

While the site is a private preview it sets one cookie, so that once you have entered the password you are not asked again on every page. It holds no personal information and is strictly necessary for that access control. It expires after thirty days, and clearing your browser's cookies removes it.

There are no advertising, tracking or third-party cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are dealing with them, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need them — a quote you might come back to, or a job we may need to refer to later. Where we have installed a system, we keep the job record for the life of the workmanship and manufacturer warranties, because you may need us to honour them.

If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will delete it.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Ring or email and we will sort it out — there is no form to fill in and it costs nothing.

If you think we have handled your information badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

This policy was last updated on 16 September 2026. If we change how the site handles information, we will change this page at the same time.
